Our trainer — who also runs the English Language Centre at Berjaya University College of Hospitality (Berjaya UCH) — shared pointers on making impactful presentations with the Diploma in Culinary Arts (April 2011 intake) undergraduates on February 28th.
The tips include how to control oneself psychologically and physically as well as proper posture while speaking in front of an audience.
